Judges differ as Davis seeks new trial (Rankin, Atlanta Jrnl-Cnst)

“Two jurists question viability of condemned man’s claim; a third takes issue with state….At the close of Tuesday’s hearing, [Judge] Dubina called the appeal “a very difficult case.” He did not indicate when the 11th Circuit would issue a ruling.”
